认识船型开关

基本特征

1.船型开关具有大电流及长操作寿命的特点，可做为主开关使用

结构

分类

船型开关又称翘板开关，一般分为基本型船型开关、防水船型开关、带灯船型开关、超小型防水船型开关，按照其外形特征可分为方形船型开关、圆形船型开关、小型船型开关；按电气特性可分为大电流及长寿命船型开关等。

应用

船型开关应用非常广泛，常用于如小家电、音响器材、工业控制、电脑周边产品、仪器设备、灯饰及照明产品等多个领域。
 
使用注意事项

• 遵照对带翼仔的船型开关的安装口厚度及尺寸规定，否则会影响安装。
  It is not recommended violating the suggested Panel Cutout and Nominal Thickness.Otherwise, it may not  work properly.
• 安装船型开关时，应向外壳及凸缘部分施力，不可以直接对操作按钮施力。
  During the installation of switch，please apply force to the part of housing and flange not directly to the knob.
• 大规格(rating)的船型开关不能用在小电流（小于100毫安）的电路，微小电流的触点应做特殊处理。如有类似的问题请我们联系。
  Generally, a high rating switch maybe not suitable for a rating less than 100mA of circuit. Some special designs of contacts are the solution of a lowcurrent rating．Please contact us for detail． 
• 焊线或过波峰炉时必需注意温度及时间。焊线选用50-70瓦的恒温铬铁，上锡时间控制在3秒以内， 过波峰炉时间控制在3-4秒，炉温控制在260度以下。
  The duration and temperature of welding and wave soldering are critical．Generally, the wattage of the temp ironis 50-70W, the duration of weldingis within 3 seconds, the duration of wave soldering is 3~4 second and the chamber temperature is below 260℃．
